We have designed our software to provide the royalty owner a new way
to effectively monitor and manage their portfolio. The full featured
Royalties Data Vault program gives you
the functionality to perform any task that you would need to track your income,
expenses, assets, and other important information. Royalty Trax was developed
as an inexpensive solution for the royalty owner who wants to track their royalty
income and expenses but can not justify the cost for the full featured product.
Royalties Data Vault Version 2
This program now uses multiple windows which are called from a main form. Each Data
window represents a single owner's data for a single table such as properties,
Leases or Royalties. An improved Tree View and Search Dialog have been added to
allow you to quickly find the record you are looking for. You can have multiple windows open at the same time and even
see the data for multiple owners. Each window has graphs and reports available. You
can create and use multiple databases. Documents can be directly attached to records by linking
to a file or embedding an object into the database via the memo field. Memo fields now allow you to use
a rich text editor to make your memos stand out. Easy to use Export and Import
utilities provides you more flexibility in working with your data. Maintaining
your Royalty data has never been easier. Uses an open source SQL database to protect
your data. Many performance features have been added to speed up data storage and retrieval.
The program is now capable of tracking a wider range of royalties such as ORRI, WI, Coal, Timber

Royalty Trax
An easy to use software package which provides less functionality than
the Royalties Data Vault. Data entry is restricted to a single owner allowing
you to record your check stub, expenses and production data. Fewer charts and
reports are included in the program. You will not
have the ability to attach documents to records. See the program comparison chart to see the differences
between the two programs. The database used is compatible
with the Royalties Data Vault program providing you an upgrade path should your
needs change in the future. All of the data you entered into the program can be
used without the need to re-enter data in the Royalties Data Vault program.
The new version of this program is scheduled to be
delivered around September of 2008.
Royalty Check stub Import Tool
Royalties Data Vault and Royalty Trax are both compatible with Oildex's CDEX files.
If you purchase our Royalty Check stub Import Program
you can electronically enter your information saving you time and money. To use this program
you will need to subscribe to the Oildex service.
There will be a charge associated with the electronic delivery of your data.
