OILDEX Import was designed for simple and fast electronic data entry of information provided by your check stubs. OILDEX Import is also designed for use with Version 2 of the Royalties Data Vault and Royalty Trax programs. Data is imported from a comma separated values file provided by OILDEX. You can download a file from the website or have one emailed to you. You must enroll with OILDEX to receive your data electronically. There is a charge per line item for your data. A help file is provided which will provide step you through the import process. You can import data into any of your data files.
By importing your data from electronically, you save the time and expense of entering your royalty check stub data. You also reduce the probability of erroneous data entry. Data is immediately available for viewing and reporting after the import process is complete.
