• The Treeview groups your data so you can quickly drill down to the record you want.

• Graphs provide an easy to understand visual presentation of your data. Graphs are available in all data forms and can be printed or saved to a file.
• Many types of reports are available. Reports can be displayed on the screen, sent to a printer or saved to a file.
• Most reports will use default values from the current record to speed up the process.
• You have many types of graphs to choose ranging from line to bar to point. Both 3D and non-3D are available.You can also group the graph data by year or by month.

• Multiple owners can exist in one database.
• Ability to create and maintain multiple databases. You can access only one at a time.
• Multiple data forms can be opened and worked on at the same time.
• Forms for more than one owner can be opened at the same time.
• Program may be password protected.
• Easily restore records which were accidentally deleted


• Customizable
• You can modify the labels for the type of taxes on the Royalty form.
• Labels on the property form can be changed for block, zone, township, etc.
• Treeview peek-ahead capability can be toggled on/off.
• You can override a record's current status.
• Control the type of drop down lists (strict or non-strict) for the Royalty form.
• Change window size and move windows. The program will remember their last size and position.
• Main form can be moved to left or right side of the screen.
• Set the number of years worth of financial data which is displayed within a window.
• Control which fields are retained when using the ditto button.


• Document Management
• You can link electronic documents to data records and display them from that record. Documents are located and maintained in a windows folder.
• You can also embed documents within memo fields which will store them in the database.
• Ability to categorize and append memos to attached documents in the document table.
• Easy access to your documents via a treeview which organizes your data for you.

Royalty Trax maintains your information in a database from which you can produce reports to track the output of your wells and view the details of your royalty payments. Royalty Trax also can tell you if you have missing checks by running a simple report. Keeping all of your data in one place enables you to quickly reference information without having to look through numerous documents. This also helps reduce the amount of paperwork laying around your home. Once you put the information into the software you can file the paperwork for save keeping.
