Simple Data entry - The Database tab is used to enter, change and delete data in the database. We use the Firebird relational database to store and manipulate data. From this view, you can enter search criteria to quickly find the data you are looking for. You can also link one or more documents to a data record. Utilities are provided to allow you to backup and restore the database.

Graphs and Reports- You can plot graphs on the financial data entered into the program. This will provide a visual representation of the growth trend for the income and production of your Royalty assets. We provide graphs for the Net Income, Production output, Market price, Tax Paid and Tax percent. You can also print a number of summary and financial reports.

Royalty Trax is an easy to use software package that was designed for minimal input from the royalty owner. Once you put in your owner, company, well, and payment information you are on your way to better managing your royalty assets.

Royalty Trax maintains your information in a database from which you can produce reports to track the output of your wells and view the details of your royalty payments. Royalty Trax also can tell you if you have missing checks by running a simple report. Keeping all of your data in one place enables you to quickly reference information without having to look through numerous documents. This also helps reduce the amount of paperwork laying around your home. Once you put the information into the software you can file the paperwork for save keeping.

Created to meet the demand for the import capability to eliminate the need for manual input of your royalty payment information. After an easy set up procedure you can start importing your information directly from Oildex. If you are new to Oildex, they do charge a fee for their service, you must contact them at www.oildex.com and register to receive your file.
