Royalties Data Vault was designed for the Oil and Gas Royalty owner. This program is based on the MS Windows operating system with easy to use navigation. Royalties Data Vault will help you track your Oil and Gas Royalty assets, documents, income and expenses.
Easy Data Navigation
The program uses a standard windows tree view to allow you to view and navigate through the royalty data you have entered. From this screen you can jump right to the same record in the database tab so that you may edit the record. You can also view any documents attached to a record from this view. In addition, you are able to print any displayed record. Data is
presented using either the owner or the Company perspective.
Simple Data entry
The Database tab is used to enter, change and delete data in the database. We use the Firebird relational database to store and manipulate data. From this view, you can enter search criteria to quickly find the data you are looking for. You can also link one or more documents to a data record. Utilities are provided to allow you to backup and restore the database.
Graphs
You can plot graphs on the financial data entered into the program. This will provide a visual representation of the growth trend for the income and production of your Royalty assets. We provide graphs for the Net Income, Production output, Market price, Tax Paid and Tax percent.
Reports
